Key Responsibilities: Generate leads for Home Loan and LAP through field and market activities. Develop relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors and local market partners. Support the team in achieving sourcing and disbursement targets. Conduct market visits and identify current business opportunities. Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth processing of cases. Maintain regular follow-up with customers and channel partners.
