Job Summary

We are looking for a Regional HoReCa Manager to drive B2B sales and business growth for Meat & Fish products across Goa.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow HoReCa/B2B business across Goa.
- Acquire new customers and manage key accounts.
- Build relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens, Institutions, Distributors and Wholesalers.
- Develop and manage distributors/channel partners.
- Monitor market prices, competition, demand and product availability.
- Achieve sales, volume, revenue and margin targets.
- Handle pricing, negotiations and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Quality and Logistics for smooth supply.
- Monitor collections and customer profitability.




- Develop market intelligence and sales pipeline.

Candidate Profile
- 6–12 years of experience in B2B Sales / HoReCa / Food Service / FMCG / Fresh or Frozen Food.
- Experience in Meat, Poultry, Fish or Seafood preferred.
- Strong Goa market knowledge and local customer network.
- Experience handling Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Institutions or Distributors.
- Robust business development, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the market.
