About the Role

Marconix Sales Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment function and build a strong, high-performing recruitment team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has managed large-volume Non-IT recruitment, multiple positions simultaneously, recruitment teams, hiring targets, and complete recruitment lifecycle management.

You will work closely with business and functional teams to understand manpower requirements, plan hiring, drive sourcing, manage recruiters, improve recruitment turnaround time, and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requirement to joining.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team and allocate hiring requirements effectively.
- Handle high-volume and multi-position recruitment across different roles and functions.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Manage sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Track recruitment TAT, conversion ratios, joining ratios, offer-to-joining ratio, and recruiter productivity.
- Set daily and weekly recruitment targets and monitor team performance.
- Coach, mentor, and improve the performance of jr. recruiters.
- Work closely with management and hiring managers to understand business requirements and manpower plans.
- Ensure timely offer release, follow-ups, documentation, and joining coordination.
- Build and maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring reports to management.
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and implement practical improvements.
- Manage recruitment vendors and external hiring partners wherever required.




- Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What We Are Looking For

- 7+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably with experience managing large-volume hiring. (NON-IT)
- Proven experience in team handling and recruitment team management.
- Strong experience managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Experience in setting and achieving recruitment targets.
- Robust knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Experience using job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Foundit, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, MIS, TAT, and recruiter productivity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong follow-up and execution ability.
- Ability to work from the office and manage a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Compensation : ₹3.60 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA CTC, depending on experience, capability, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
