Job Summary

Responsible for acquiring, onboarding and activating drivers/riders for VFRYT's EV fleet and ensuring a strong, active driver network.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit drivers/riders through calls.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Explain VFRYT's EV rental and earning opportunities to potential drivers.
- Coordinate driver onboarding, KYC and documentation.
- Ensure newly onboarded drivers become active and complete their first trips.
- Build driver referral networks and identify new sources for driver acquisition.
- Maintain daily acquisition and activation reports.
- Coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
- Build a good candidate pipeline for current and future openings.

Requirements :

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable experience in blue collar hiring.




- Preferably from consultancy background.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Ability to manage multiple positions at the same time.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
