About the Role

Smitsamar HR Services is looking for a Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for various client requirements across multiple industries.

This internship provides practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and client recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements received from clients.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Search and identify suitable candidates based on the .
- Conduct initial candidate screening through telephone/online discussions.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, location, salary and other relevant details to candidates.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the recruitment team/client.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.




- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback and joining.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases.
- Track candidate status and recruitment activities.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
- Maintain skilled communication with candidates and clients.

Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to search and identify suitable candidates.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals will be an advantage.

Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM – HR students or graduates.
- BBA/B.Com/BA or any graduate interested in Recruitment/HR.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Students pursuing HR/Management courses can also apply.
