We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to join our Retail Recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Sourcing
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various retail positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle volume hiring for retail stores and frontline positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on experience, communication, grooming, location, salary, notice period, and other criteria .
Education & Experience Education: Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 15years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail, staffing, consultancy, or volume hiring.
