GTMly is a recruiting agency for sales and GTM talent. We recruit SDRs, BDRs, AEs, partnerships, demand gen and sales leaders for clients across the US and India.

Right now, GTMly is one person: me, the founder. We already work with multiple clients, including a global BPO, a B2B travel tech company and a Data and AI product company. The work is growing faster than one person can handle, so I'm hiring our first recruiter.

What you'll do

- Run recruitment end to end: intake call, screening, shortlist, interviews, offer and joining
- Own our Indian client accounts: first call, weekly updates and closing
- Screen candidates against a clear scorecard and write sharp submission notes
- Submit 3+ solid candidates a week across live roles
- Keep every candidate informed. No ghosting.

What you won't have to do
- Build lists from scratch. Sourcing support is provided: you get qualified candidate lists and focus on screening, submitting and closing.

Who you are

- 2-5 years in agency recruitment,



ideally 360 (you've taken client briefs and closed)
- You understand sales and GTM roles: SDR vs AE, quota vs pipeline, what "owned a number" means
- Comfortable talking to founders and sales leaders
- Clear, confident English, written and spoken
- You want to build something, not just run a process
