Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 2–5 years of recruitment experience , preferably supporting US staffing / US recruitment processes .

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, follow-ups, documentation, and joining coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels .
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess experience, skills, communication, availability, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal/client teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with shortlisted candidates.
- Negotiate salary/rates and confirm candidate interest before submission.
- Ensure candidates are available for interviews as scheduled.
- Manage candidate documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily submission reports.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for ongoing and upcoming requirements.
- Work closely with Team Leads, Account Managers, and Operations teams to achieve hiring targets.
- Ensure quality profiles are submitted within the required turnaround time.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in US Recruitment / US Staffing / International Recruitment preferred.
- Good understanding of complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Positive negotiation and candidate handling skills.
- Comfortable working in Night Shift / US Time Zone .
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience working with US clients or staffing companies.
- Familiarity with IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience working on bulk as well as niche hiring requirements.
- Strong candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
