? Qualification: MBA – HR
? Experience: 0–1 Year / Recruitment Experience Preferred
? PPO: Based on Performance
Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn & Naukri sourcing
- Job posting & resume screening
- Candidate calling & initial HR screening
- Interview scheduling & follow-ups
- Offer, joining & onboarding coordination
- ATS/CRM & recruitment tracker management
Skills: Good communication, confident calling, proactive approach, robust follow-up, target-oriented & willingness to learn.
