About the Role

We are hiring freshers for an InHouse Recruiter role to manage recruitment for 100xCareers internal hiring requirements. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization and will get hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.




- Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal positions within the company.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions through effective sourcing and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Fresh graduates from any relevant background.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment.
- Laptop is mandatory.
- Comfortable working from office in IT Park, Chandigarh.
