Hiring for Construction Industry

Responsibilities

- Front Desk & Guest Services: Welcome visitors, determine their purpose of visit, and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
- Communications: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls on a multi-line system, take messages, and manage general company email inquiries.
- Office Administration: Sort and distribute daily mail, handle correspondence, maintain physical and digital filing systems, and order office supplies.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Update calendars, book meeting rooms, and arrange travel plans or appointments.
- Security & Facility Maintenance: Monitor visitor access, issue visitor badges, maintain a sign-in log, and keep the reception and waiting area neat and presentable.

Immediate joiners Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
