Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, polite, and professional Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide excellent client assistance. The candidate will be responsible for handling appointments, client communication, calls, and day-to-day reception activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome clients professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
- Maintain the daily appointment and client schedule.
- Coordinate with therapists and other team members regarding client appointments.
- Provide basic information about available treatments and services.
- Manage client registrations and maintain necessary records.
- Handle billing/payment coordination as required.




- Follow up with clients regarding appointments and scheduled sessions.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the reception/front-desk area.
- Ensure a smooth and positive client experience from arrival to departure.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Perform other front-office duties assigned by management.

- Ability to handle clients and calls professionally.
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in a clinic, aesthetic centre, dermatology clinic, salon, or wellness centre will be an advantage.

Location : Civil Lines, Jaipur Working Days : 6 days a week

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
