Receptionist & Student Counsellor

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Respond to student and parent enquiries professionally.
- Explain courses, fees, eligibility, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Collect and update lead details in Google Sheets.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain lead status.
- Coordinate with the aviation counsellor for detailed counselling.
- Welcome students and visitors at the academy.
- Maintain daily enquiry and follow-up records.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets.
- Positive communication and follow-up skills.
- Polite, confident, and presentable.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience in reception, telecalling, counselling, admissions, education, or sales will be an advantage.
