About the Role

We are looking for a professional, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, dealers, suppliers, and other business associates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the reception area and greet visitors professionally.
- Attend and manage incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned department.
- Handle customer, dealer, distributor, and supplier enquiries.
- Maintain records of visitors, calls, courier, and incoming/outgoing documents.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Management teams whenever required.
- Receive and distribute courier, letters, and other documents.




- Maintain basic office records and assist with routine administrative work.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and visitors efficiently.
- Positive telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and well-organized.

Preferred
- Previous experience in a Wires & Cables, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or Building Materials company will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience handling dealer/customer enquiries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
