Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, proactive and well-organised person to provide personal assistance and manage pre-sales, during-sales and post-sales follow-ups for our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day follow-ups with clients, channel partners, builders and other business associates.
- Manage pre-sales enquiries, lead follow-ups and client coordination.
- Coordinate and follow up during the complete sales process, including site visits, documentation, payments and closures.
- Handle post-sales follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of client requirements.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, brokers, legal/finance teams and other stakeholders.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, commitments and pending matters.




- Provide regular updates and reminders to the principal/business owner regarding important follow-ups and appointments.
- Assist in general personal and business-related coordination as required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, presentable and professional personality.
- Solid follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, responsible and comfortable working independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and WhatsApp communication.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, customer relationship management, personal assistance or business coordination would be preferred.
