Role Description This is a full-time, in office Real Estate Salesperson role based in the Pune Division.

The Real Estate

Salesperson will identify potential clients, present property options, and guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process while maintaining accurate records of all transactions and interactions. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, preparing listings, coordinating with legal and administrative teams,



and ensuring compliance with relevant real estate regulations. The role also involves delivering responsive customer service, following up on inquiries and leads, and contributing to sales strategies that support the organization’s social welfare mission.

Qualifications

- Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate regulations and practices
- Understanding of Real Property and local market trends in Pune Division
- Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing transactions
- Customer Service skills focused on building trust and long-term client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple properties, and organize schedules effectively
- Basic proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads and documentation
- Prior experience in real estate or related sales roles is an advantage; a relevant diploma or degree is beneficial
