The RoleAs a Real Estate Sales Manager, you’ll own the complete sales cycle for residential properties, from the first call to the final booking. You’ll work with premium projects and high-value buyers, and your success will be measured by one thing: closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage and qualify incoming leads
- Understand buyer needs and recommend the right properties
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits
- Negotiate deals and close bookings
- Build long-term relationships with HNI, NRI, and premium buyers
- Stay updated on project pricing, inventory, payment plans, and market trends
- Coordinate with developers for smooth bookings and documentation
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and closures




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales (residential preferred)
- A proven track record of closures and target achievement
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market
- Experience with premium projects or HNI/NRI clients is a plus
- Comfort with CRM tools and lead tracking
