Education:

- Diploma/B.Sc. in Radiography / Medical Imaging Technology from a recognized institution.

Experience:

- 3–5 years of experience in CT and MRI imaging in a hospital/diagnostic setting.

- Key Responsibilities

- Perform CT and MRI examinations according to approved protocols and Radiologist instructions.

- Verify patient identity, examination request and clinical information before imaging.

- Prepare and position patients appropriately and ensure patient comfort and privacy.

- Follow radiation protection measures during CT procedures.

- Strictly follow MRI safety protocols and complete appropriate safety screening before scanning.

- Administer or assist with contrast media as per departmental protocol and monitor patients for adverse reactions.

- Ensure proper operation,



cleanliness and basic safety checks of CT/MRI equipment.

- Maintain image quality and ensure images are correctly labelled and transferred to PACS/RIS.

- Maintain accurate records, registers, checklists and departmental documentation.

- Follow infection prevention, biomedical waste management and patient safety practices.

- Report equipment malfunction, safety incidents and other abnormalities to the concerned authority.

- Coordinate with Radiologists, nurses and other departments for smooth patient workflow.

- Participate in quality improvement activities, audits, training and emergency preparedness programs.
