- Develop and optimize formulations for liquid spice blends, seasonings, essential oils, and oleoresins.
- Conduct laboratory trials, sensory evaluation, stability studies, and application testing.
- Support current product development, customer samples, and product scale-up.
- Troubleshoot formulation and product-quality issues.
- Maintain R&D; records, formulations, specifications, and trial reports.
- Coordinate with Production and QA/QC for trials and commercialization.
