Who are we looking for?

Someone with 3+ years of quizzing experience preferred, who is constantly curious, has a strong growth and learning mindset, and can think on their feet.

Your contribution?

You would be expected to perform the following functions (Will evolve as the organization grows):

- Create curiosity-inducing and engaging quiz questions across a variety of topics such as finance, business, technology, and more, in multiple online and offline formats for both children and adults.
- Conducting quizzes as a Quizmaster for varied audiences on different topics as per client requirements
- Liaising with corporate clients & partners on requirements & smooth execution of quiz programs.
- Engage with employees of different organizations online and offline as part of their culture circles.
- Create an engaging environment in your online/offline session that requires you to spark interest, discuss, advise, guide, and support participants.
- Responsible for end-to-end coordination and logistics for quiz events, both online & offline.
- Fulfil all QShala feedback, assessment, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate, review, and take responsibility for the creation and quality of quiz content developed by you and other team members.




- Create innovative new formats of quiz content for audience engagement.
- Train facilitators on the quiz question/content created for delivery.

Who is this role ideal for?

- 3+ years of experience in quizzing is preferred, and if quizzing is your passion and you’re excited to turn it into a full-time career while creating a one-of-a-kind curiosity experience, this role is for you.
- While we are not hard fussed about your educational qualifications, we would prefer that you have some quizzing experience, either as a quizzer or conducting quizzes.
- You have conducted quizzes before for children/adults through online or offline modes
- You are excited by the unique opportunity to create a curiosity experience unlike any other.
- You are comfortable working with and learning from children & adults.
- You have worked at a start-up earlier and regularly dealt with ambiguity and firefighting.
- Solid ownership, process orientation and attention to detail.
- Self-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Team player, flexible and open to changing priorities.
