Key Responsibilities:

- Lead quantity take-offs and cost estimation for civil, structural, and architectural works during pre-bid and post-award stages

- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities), rate analysis, and cost build-ups using DSR/SOR, market intelligence, and vendor quotations

- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to validate quantities, construction methodologies, and identify value engineering opportunities

- Support bid preparation, submission, technical clarifications, and commercial negotiations with clients

- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure complete scope coverage

- Maintain and update cost databases, benchmarks, and historical data from previous projects for future reference

- Identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and provide inputs for project planning and budgeting





- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for quotations and technical inputs

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Robust expertise in quantity surveying, estimation, and EPC project costing

- In-depth knowledge of DSR, SOR, CPWD norms, and market rate analysis

- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), AutoCAD, and estimation software

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial acumen

- Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines

- Experience in large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred
