:
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.
- Check and verify contractor bills and measurements.
- Handle material quantity calculations and cost analysis.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project costs and ensure work is within budget.
- Support in tendering, quotation, and rate analysis activities.
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Experience: 6+years in Quantity Surveying / Civil construction/ Warehouse / school/ hospitably
Skills: AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ, Rate Analysis, Quantity Take-off, and Cost Estimation.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
