Quality Supervisor – Powder Coating

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Quality

Experience: 2–5 years in Powder Coating / Quality / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor powder coating quality from pre-treatment to final inspection.
- Check coating thickness, adhesion, colour, finish, and curing quality.
- Identify coating defects and ensure corrective actions.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections as per specifications.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and rejection data.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement and reduction of rejection/rework.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of powder coating defects and inspection methods.
- Knowledge of quality tools, 5 Why, CAPA, and 7 QC tools.
- Good problem-solving and team-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
