Shelke Constructions is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and manage quality assurance and quality control activities for our High-Rise Residential & Commercial Projects.

Key Experience Required
- 1020 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
- Strong experience in High-Rise Residential and Commercial Projects.
- Hands-on experience in Mivan / Aluminium Formwork projects.
- Experience in PT (Post-Tensioned) Slab projects.
- Candidates from reputed Construction / Contracting Companies will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures and QA/QC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall QA/QC function for the project.
- Establish and implement project-specific Quality Assurance & Quality Control plans.
- Monitor quality of RCC, structural, finishing and architectural works.
- Ensure quality compliance for Mivan/Formwork, PT Slab, RCC, waterproofing, masonry, plastering and finishing works.
- Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, checklists and quality procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with Project, Planning and Execution teams.
- Identify quality issues, initiate corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure.
- Manage NCRs, observations, inspections and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and internal project teams on quality-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project standards and applicable codes.
- Conduct quality audits and drive continuous improvement across project sites.
- Guide and develop the QA/QC team and ensure effective quality control at all stages of construction.
Candidate Profile We are looking for a solid technical Quality professional who has successfully handled quality functions on large-scale High-Rise Residential / Commercial projects, particularly with exposure to Mivan and PT Slab construction.
Preferred: Candidates currently working with Construction Contractors / EPC / Real Estate Companies and having strong project execution and quality management experience.
