Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in the production of atta (wheat flour) and other bakery products.
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Develop and implement effective quality control processes to minimize errors and improve product consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years of experience in QA/QC or related field in the food processing industry.
- Solid knowledge of quality analysis, quality assurance, and quality management principles.
- Experience with atta (wheat flour) production process is mandatory.
