Minimum Qualification

- Diploma Mechanical Engineering (DME)

- Responsible for all types of Mechanical (Tensile, Impact, Drop-weight, Hardness) &
- Chemical Testing (PMI, Spectro Analysis, Carbon &
- Sulphur Analysis) of material and Weld.

- Responsible for compilation of Final documents dossier.

- Responsible for calibration of measuring and testing instruments.

- Data compilation and analysis related to testing and Final documents.

- Supervision of specimen machining for testing.

- Customer coordination for testing and Final document dossier review.

- Preparation of PPO for QA &

- Lab related activities.

- Valuable knowledge of material for marking location in test coupon.





- Calibration of measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Dial gauges, Measuring tape, feeler gauge, pressure gauges - Digital and Analog, Thermocouple, Recorder.

- Conducting internal audits as per ISO 17025.

- Face the external audit of various customers and regulatory bodies.

- Good knowledge of MS-Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
