Role & responsibilities :
1. Conduct hourly or routine patrolling inspections on the shop floor. Verify first-piece, mid-piece, and last-piece approvals
2. Identify production deviations or non-conformities. Use problem-solving tools like 5 Whys, Ishikawa (Fishbone) diagrams, and 8D/A3 reports to find root causes
3. . Develop, execute, and monitor CAPA plans to resolve internal rejections and customer complaints. Segregate defective items and issue quality alerts.
4. Utilize SPC, control charts, and tools like Minitab to track process capability and reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
5. Prepare Quality Report

1. Who are ready to come in Morning/Day Shift
2. Residence of West Bengal or willing to relocate
3. Having valuable handling of manual Micrometer, Vernier Caliber, Bore Gauge
