Location : Pune ( Maharashtra ) / Mysore ( Karnataka)

CMM Programming (Polywork software), Dimensional Inspection & GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), Quality Assurance & Process Auditing, Calibration & Preventive Maintenance of CMM machines, Root Cause Analysis & Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA), Data Analysis & Quality Reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute measurement programs using Polywork software on fixedbed CMM machines.Perform dimensional inspection of manufactured components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.Maintain calibration schedules and oversee preventive maintenance of CMM equipment to ensure accuracy.Collect, analyze, and document inspection data, preparing detailed quality reports for management and production teams.Verify tolerances and geometric dimensions (GD&T;) to meet customer and industry standards.Support root cause analysis of deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.Suggest improvements in inspection workflows and provide training to operators and junior staff on Polywork software and CMM best practices.

QA In-Process

In-Process Quality, PPM Reduction, Stage Inspection

Location : Mysore ( Karnataka )

Responsibilities

Conduct first-off, in-process,



and final inspection of sheet metal stamped components.Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to Control Plan and customer drawings.Perform patrol inspections in press shop and ensure compliance with quality standards.Carry out dimensional verification using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM).Analyze in-process defects such as burrs, cracks, dents, spring back, and dimensional variation.Initiate containment actions for non-conforming products.Perform Root Cause Analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto techniques.Prepare and update quality documents such as Control Plan, PFMEA, SOPs, and Inspection Reports.Conduct SPC monitoring and maintain Cp/Cpk records for critical parameters.Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with IATF requirements.Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, and Maintenance teams for process improvements.Support PPAP documentation and customer-specific requirements.Monitor and reduce in-process rejection and improve First Pass Yield (FPY).Ensure proper implementation of poka-yoke and mistake-proofing systems.Support customer complaint analysis and timely closure of corrective actions..
