Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Lead Quality Executive to evaluate the quality of leads, verify lead data, and ensure that leads meet the required quality standards. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead accuracy, identify issues, and maintain reliable lead data.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and evaluate the quality of leads collected by the sales and marketing teams.
- Verify lead details, including contact information, relevance, and accuracy.
- Identify duplicate, invalid, incomplete, or low-quality leads.
- Monitor lead data and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead quality and accuracy.
- Track lead conversion data and identify areas for improvement.




- Coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve lead quality issues.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of lead analysis.
- Suggest improvements to lead collection and verification processes.

Requirements
- Any degree or relevant educational qualification.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage data and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Freshers with the right skills may also apply.
