Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, machined, laser-cut and fabricated components.
- Check dimensions, tolerances, welding, alignment and surface finish.
- Perform final inspection of automation/SPM machines.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Coordinate with Design, Production and vendors for quality issues.
Skills Required
- Mechanical Drawing & Tolerance Reading
- Dimensional Inspection
- Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge
- Machining, Laser Cutting & Fabrication Quality
- Root Cause Analysis & Documentation
Candidate Preferred
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- 1–4 years of experience in Quality Inspection
- Experience in Automation/SPM or Manufacturing industry preferred.
