Location: Tambaram Mepz

Responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with company and customer requirements throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain quality standards in production.
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Investigate quality issues and customer complaints.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain quality documentation.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Work with Production and Engineering teams on process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
- 15 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, CAPA, and ISO 9001.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
