- Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall quality control and inspection activities.
- Monitor incoming, in-process, and final product quality.
- Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Identify quality issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and R&D; teams for quality issues.
- Monitor supplier and incoming material quality.
- Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and quality-related wastage.
- Guide and manage the quality team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
