Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct site inspections to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and checklists for construction projects.

- Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues related to material selection, installation, and testing.

- Perform regular audits of construction sites to ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.

- Identify areas for improvement in processes and recommend changes to enhance overall efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or a related field (B.Tech degree required).

- Solid understanding of construction site operations, including materials science, mechanics, and engineering principles.

- Proficiency in using software tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
