Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all quality assurance activities to ensure that skincare, hair care, and personal care products meet regulatory, safety, and internal quality standards in a GMP, ISO, and Halal-certified environment. This full time, on-site role based in Rajkot Taluka includes developing and implementing QA policies, SOPs, and documentation systems, as well as monitoring adherence across production, packaging, and warehousing.

The role involves coordinating inspections, internal audits, and validations, handling non-conformities, and driving root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.

The Quality Assurance

Manager will collaborate closely with production,



R&D;, regulatory, and supply chain teams to support new product launches, change controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include training staff on quality procedures, maintaining quality records, and preparing reports for internal leadership and external regulatory or certification bodies.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in quality assurance and quality control within cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing, including experience with batch release and in-process quality checks.
- Practical knowledge of GMP, ISO, and Halal requirements, as well as relevant cosmetic and regulatory standards for domestic and export markets.
- Proficiency in documentation management, SOP creation, and record-keeping, with attention to detail and compliance-driven thinking.
- Experience in conducting internal audits, handling non-conformities, and performing root-cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, R&D;, regulatory, and supply chain teams, and to train staff on quality systems and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presenting findings to leadership and stakeholders.
