Role Description This full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Analyst role is based in Surat.

The Quality Assurance

Analyst will design, document, and execute test cases to ensure product quality across manufacturing processes and related systems. Daily responsibilities include performing manual testing, monitoring quality control checkpoints, identifying defects or non-conformities, and collaborating with production, R&D;,



and operations teams to implement corrective actions. The role also involves analyzing quality metrics, maintaining QA documentation and reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with regulatory, safety, and company standards.

The Quality Assurance

Analyst will help ensure that products and processes meet internal specifications and international quality requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices, including process audits and compliance checks.
- Hands-on experience with Manual Testing and writing, executing, and maintaining Test Cases.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or cosmetic industry quality standards is an advantage.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat and manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, science, or a related field preferred.
