Experience & CTC:

- 1.6 – 4 Years | Up to ₹5.58 LPA
- 4.5 – 6 Years | Up to ₹7.55 LPA

? Qualification: Any Graduate⚡ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Role Overview

We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in QNXT and US Healthcare. The candidate will support healthcare payer operations and should have a good understanding of US healthcare insurance and claims processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle US Healthcare payer processes using the QNXT platform.
- Work on healthcare claims and related payer operations.
- Understand member eligibility, benefits, provider information and claims workflows.
- Process and resolve claims-related transactions accurately within defined SLAs.




- Identify discrepancies and support issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and system-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality, productivity and compliance standards.
- Support process improvement initiatives wherever required.
- Follow US Healthcare business processes and client requirements.
- Be flexible to work in US shifts as per business requirements.

Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with QNXT
- Solid understanding of US Healthcare / Health Insurance
- Knowledge of claims/payer operations
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to work in US shifts
- Immediate joiner
