Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day Quality Control laboratory activities.
- Ensure testing and release of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, In-process and Finished Products.
- Review and approve analytical test results, specifications, STPs and COAs.
- Manage QC documentation, laboratory records and data integrity requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Handle OOS, OOT, deviations, investigations and CAPA related to QC.
- Plan and monitor laboratory activities, manpower and testing schedules.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, R&D;, Warehouse and other departments for quality-related activities.
- Ensure calibration, qualification and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Monitor stability studies and ensure timely completion and documentation.




- Conduct internal audits and support customer/regulatory inspections.
- Train QC personnel on analytical procedures, SOPs, GMP and laboratory practices.
- Ensure effective implementation of quality systems and continuous improvement within QC.

Candidate Requirements
- M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Pharmacy or relevant discipline.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in Pharma (OSD) / Nutraceuticals manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of QC laboratory operations, analytical testing and GMP/GLP.
- Experience in handling QC team and laboratory activities independently.
- Positive knowledge of HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR and other analytical instruments will be preferred.
- Strong documentation, investigation and team-management skills.
- Candidates with relevant Pharma (OSD) / Nutraceuticals experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month
