Core Responsibilities

- Analytical & Audit Trail Review: Operate and review data/chromatograms from LC-MS, GC-MS, HPLC, GC, UV, and dissolution apparatus. Perform audit trail reviews using software like Empower, OpenLab, or Chromeleon.
- QMS & Documentation: Prepare and review QMS elements including Deviations, OOS, OOT, CAPA, Change Controls, and SOPs.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure absolute data integrity and support internal/external regulatory audits. Review calibration and method validation protocols.
- Cross-Functional Operations: Adapt flexibly to roles across Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Data Review based on plant requirements.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Technical: Robust command over LC-MS, GC-MS, LIMS, ELN,



and standard chromatography software. Sound knowledge of ICH Q2, ICH Q9, and GxP guidelines.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, strong critical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility: Must be fully willing to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and extend hours during audit deadlines.
