Must Have

- 7–12 years QA / Quality Engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on QA metrics and KPI framework experience.
- Experience building QA dashboards and executive reporting.
- Strong Power BI / Tableau / Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Jira / Azure DevOps or equivalent reporting experience.
- Strong understanding of defect lifecycle, coverage and quality KPIs.
- Robust analytical and presentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Own QA KPI framework, metric definitions, data collection and reporting.




- Establish Phase 1 quality baseline and Phase 3 improvement measurement.
- Define and track FT Pass Rate, defect density/leakage, coverage, automation, cycle time and release readiness.
- Build operational and executive QA dashboards with drill-down/trend analysis.
- Analyse quality trends, defect patterns, risks and process bottlenecks.
- Correlate QA metrics with release outcomes and business impact.
- Automate data collection and reporting wherever practical.
