QA Engineer – Manual & Automation Testing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing . The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, developing automation scripts, and ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases .
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks .
- Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare test scenarios.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
- Perform API testing and validate application functionality.
- Perform database testing and data validation using SQL.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to resolve defects.
- Participate in defect triage and provide detailed defect reports.




- Ensure software releases meet defined quality and testing standards.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and increasing automation coverage.

Mandatory Skills
- 4+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing .
- Strong hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing .
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC .
- Experience in creating test scenarios, test cases, and test reports.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar .
- Experience with API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database testing .
- Experience with defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar .
- Solid understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar for automation.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab .
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines .
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
