Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer (Manual Testing) with 4 years of experience in software testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of web and/or mobile applications through effective test planning, execution, and defect tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test cases and test scenarios

Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications

Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like JIRA / Bugzilla / Azure DevOps

Perform different types of testing such as:

Functional Testing

Regression Testing

System Integration Testing

Smoke & Sanity Testing

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality delivery

Participate in test planning, test design, and review meetings

Maintain test documentation and test reports

Ensure timely execution of test cycles within deadlines

Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing





Support production release and post-release validation

Required Skills

4 years of experience in Manual Testing

Strong understanding of STLC & SDLC

Experience in writing and executing test cases

Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA preferred)

Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology

Understanding of API testing (basic knowledge preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Positive communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing

Exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium basics is a plus)

Experience in cross-browser and cross-platform testing

Domain experience (Banking, E-commerce, Healthcare, etc.) is an advantage

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
