About the Role

We're looking for a QA Engineer who cares about quality and enjoys finding problems before our users do. You'll be responsible for both manual and automation testing of our product, working closely with developers and product managers to ship features that work well. You'll also use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to work faster and smarter.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform manual testing of current features and bug fixes to make sure they work as expected
- Build and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright
- Perform API testing to check that data is sent, received, and handled correctly
- Write clear test cases, test plans, and bug reports
- Find, report, and follow up on bugs until they're fixed
- Work with developers and product managers to understand requirements and spot issues early
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to write test cases, create test data, review test code, and speed up daily work




- Run manual and automated regression tests before each release so existing features don't break
- Suggest ways to improve the testing process and product quality

Must Have

- 2-4 years of experience in software testing
- Hands-on experience in automation testing using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python)
- Strong manual testing skills, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing
- Experience working in a product-based company
- Regular use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in testing work
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum
- Experience with bug-tracking tools like Jira
- Clear written and spoken communication

Good to Have

- Startup experience
- API testing experience with tools like Postman, REST Assured, or Playwright's API testing
- Basic knowledge of Git and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Basic SQL to check data in databases
- Experience testing web and mobile apps
