Job Title: Senior QA Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring application quality through comprehensive testing, defect management, stakeholder communication, database validation, and enabling reliable and timely releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute test cases (functional, regression, and integration)
- Validate data using SQL/PLSQL queries
- Track and manage defects using JIRA
- Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and blockers
- Prepare test summary and release readiness reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- Ensure QA sign-off by validating release readiness and continuously improving testing efficiency and quality
- Utilize Copilot/AI tools to enhance test design, analysis, and reporting efficiency

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of STLC/SDLC
- Experience in manual testing and defect tracking




- Positive understanding of SQL and PLSQL for data validation
- Familiarity with AI/Copilot tools for productivity and quality improvement
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Experience working in Agile environments

- Any specific tools or technologies required: Oracle SQL knowledge is preferred
