Research Developer – MATLAB and Python

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and research-oriented Research Developer – MATLAB and Python to join our R&D; team. The candidate will work on research-based software development, algorithm implementation, simulations, AI/ML projects, data analysis, and prototype development.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in MATLAB and Python, valuable mathematical and analytical knowledge, and the ability to understand research papers and convert research methodologies into working implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement research algorithms using MATLAB and Python.
- Convert mathematical models and research concepts into functional software prototypes.
- Develop simulation and computational models for engineering, scientific, and AI/ML applications.
- Implement machine learning and deep learning models using Python.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, testing, and evaluation.
- Work on image processing, signal processing, optimization, and computational modeling projects.
- Analyze experimental results and prepare graphs, reports, and technical documentation.
- Optimize algorithms for accuracy, performance, and computational efficiency.
- Read and implement methodologies from research papers and technical publications.
- Support research experiments, validation, and prototype development.
- Maintain clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Use version control and follow good software development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in MATLAB and Python.
- Good knowledge of Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib,



Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Optimization, or Computational Modeling.
- Experience with MATLAB toolboxes such as Image Processing, Signal Processing, Optimization, or Statistics.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and mathematical modeling.
- Ability to read, understand, and implement research papers.
- Experience working with datasets, experiments, and model performance evaluation.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Knowledge of Computer Vision, NLP, IoT, Data Analytics, or Simulation.
- Familiarity with scientific computing and technical documentation.
- Experience with Git, Jupyter Notebook, MATLAB Simulink, or cloud-based development environments.
- Research publication or academic project experience is an added advantage.
