Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy large-scale Python applications using Django framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop high-quality code by following best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies.
- Troubleshoot issues in production environments and optimize system performance.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices

Collaborate with product managers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders

Troubleshoot complex technical issues in development and production environments

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of professional experience in software development

Strong expertise in Python, Agentic AI

Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines

Experience working in Agile development environments

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

LLM evaluation frameworks, guardrail tooling, AI observability
