About the Role The Indian Public School (TIPS), Perungudi, is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic PYP Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging, student-centred learning environment for students in Grades 1–5.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary students.
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage inquiry-based and experiential learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary learning experiences.




- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Support students' academic, social and emotional development.

Qualifications &

Skills

- BA/MA in English or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. will be an added advantage.
- 0–2 years of teaching experience.
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
- Passion for working with primary-age students.
- Familiarity with IB/PYP methodology will be an added advantage.
