We are looking for an organized Purchase Executive to manage purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.

- Collect and compare quotations.

- Place and follow up on purchase orders.

- Track deliveries and ensure timely availability of materials.

- Maintain purchase records and documents.

- Coordinate with accounts, warehouse and other departments.

- Negotiate prices and maintain good supplier relationships.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of purchase/procurement experience.

- Knowledge of Tally and MS Office.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Solid follow-up and organizational skills.

- Attention to detail.

- Experience in tiles or building materials is an advantage.
