We are looking for a Purchase Executive with 0–2 years of experience to join our procurement team. Freshers with a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors.
- Prepare quotation comparisons and support purchase decisions.
- Negotiate with vendors on pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and PO documentation.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely closure.
- Support vendor development and vendor performance evaluation.




- Resolve purchase-related issues in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain procurement reports using MS Excel/ERP.
- Ensure procurement activities are carried out as per company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in Purchase/Procurement.
