Position: Purchase Executive

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 3-4 Years

Qualification: B.Com / MBA or relevant degree

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, inventory requirements, and purchase documentation. The candidate should have working knowledge of SAP, Tally ERP, and basic accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations based on price, quality, delivery, and payment terms.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP/ERP.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with Stores/Warehouse/Production teams for material requirements.
- Verify received materials against POs and specifications.
- Handle material returns, replacements, and vendor-related issues.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs, invoices,



and vendor documents.
- Update and maintain procurement transactions in SAP and Tally ERP.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team for invoice verification, reconciliation, and payments.
- Assist in vendor reconciliation and resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare purchase reports, cost comparisons, and basic procurement analysis.
- Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and procedures.

Required Skills
- SAP knowledge – Purchase/Procurement module and PO processing preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP and basic accounting.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Understanding of purchase, procurement, inventory, and vendor management.
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.
