Urgent Hiring for Purchase Manager for FMCG Industry

Require experienced candidate from FMCG Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Vendor Management: Develop, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, including negotiating pricing, quality, and delivery terms to maximize cost savings.

· Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement annual procurement budgets, strategies, and purchasing policies aligned with company goals.

· Inventory Optimization: Monitor stock levels and analyze demand patterns to prevent shortages or excess, ensuring proper product flow.

· Contract Negotiation: Review and negotiate vendor contracts, managing the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase orders and invoice approval.

· Cost Reduction: Analyze purchasing data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvements, and vendor performance enhancements.

· Quality & Compliance:



Ensure all procured materials meet company and industry quality standards and regulatory compliance.

· Market Research: Stay updated on raw material market trends, price fluctuations, and industry trends.

· Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise the purchasing team or buyers.

· Reporting: Prepare and present procurement reports regarding expenditures, performance metrics, and savings to management.

· Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse operations to schedule deliveries and manage incoming supply logistics. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
